Zaggle Secures INR 60 Cr Investment, Issues 50 Million Prepaid Cards

Zaggle, a leading B2B SaaS FinTech company in India, has announced two significant developments. The company has received a strategic brand-led investment of INR 40.0 Cr from its promoter group, who also infused an additional INR 20.0 Cr at INR 567 per share, demonstrating their confidence in Zaggle's long-term vision.

As of June 30, 2025, Zaggle has issued over 50 million prepaid cards, serving more than 3,500 corporate enterprise clients, and supporting a user base exceeding 3.3 million. The company operates within the business-to-business-to-customer (B2B2C) segment, offering a comprehensive range of financial technology products and services.

Zaggle's corporate client base spans various industries, including banking and finance, technology, healthcare, manufacturing, FMCG, infrastructure, and automobiles.
