In London, UK, Andrew Reeves has been promoted to litigation and disputes, while Will Alete, Kirstin Russell, and Alexandre Roth have been promoted to banking and finance.
The promotions also extend to other parts of the world. In London, UK, Julia Lloyd has been promoted to tax, and Angela Croker has been promoted to banking and finance in Dubai, UAE. In Hong Kong, Nicholas Wilson and Kevin Hong have been promoted to corporate, M&A and securities and litigation and disputes respectively. Maija Kerry has been promoted to corporate, M&A and securities in Sydney, Australia. Steven Choi has been promoted to real estate/construction and engineering in Sydney, Australia. In Melbourne, Australia, Nicki Milionis has been promoted to employment and labor, and Rajaee Rouhani has been promoted to risk advisory.

Notably, the firm promoted 25 female lawyers globally, representing 53% of the promotions. Gerry Pecht, Global Chief Executive of XYZ, congratulated the promoted lawyers for their accomplishment. One of the standout promotions was Natalie Keetsi, who was promoted to Director at the Johannesburg office of the global law firm DLA Piper, specializing in litigation and regulatory matters. Michelle Porter-Wright was recognized as Partner of the Year at Baker McKenzie but not promoted to Director.
