Vente Privee, the French online sales giant, marks its 10th anniversary in 2011. Founded by Jacques-Antoine Granjon in 2001, the company has grown to over 14 million members and 2 million daily users. It's also expanded globally, entering the US in 2011 with American Express.

Vente Privee's growth is impressive. It started in France and has since spread to eight European countries, with plans for further expansion. The company now employs 1,400 people across nine countries. Its unique business model has inspired similar companies like Privalia, BuyVIP, and Ofertix.

Vente Privee's financial success is evident. In 2010, it generated 969 million euros in revenue, a 15% increase from the previous year. In 2011, it aimed to exceed 1,000 million euros in revenue.

Vente Privee, founded by Jacques-Antoine Granjon, has grown significantly in its first decade. With over 14 million members and operations in eight European countries, it's a major player in online sales. Its ambitious revenue targets and expansion plans indicate a bright future.
