Tory Burch Bolsters Leadership with New North America President and Chief People Officer

Tory Burch, the luxury lifestyle brand, has appointed Christophe de Pous as president of North America and hired Beverly Morgan as chief people officer, both effective June 3. These changes follow the promotion of Emilia Fabricant to president, chief merchandising, and global supply chain officer. All three executives will report to CEO Pierre-Yves Roussel.

Christophe de Pous brings extensive experience to Tory Burch, having previously led companies such as Michael Kors and Coach. He also served as president and CEO of Gucci Americas and Gucci Japan. In his new role, de Pous will oversee North America retail, e-commerce, and wholesale operations.

Beverly Morgan, the incoming chief people officer, previously held the same position at Benefit Cosmetics. She will join Tory Burch on June 3, supporting the brand's global workforce.

Tory Burch, founded in 2004, offers a wide range of products including ready-to-wear, handbags, footwear, accessories, jewelry, home, and beauty. In 2022, Forbes estimated that the brand sold $1.75 billion worth of products.

With these strategic appointments, Tory Burch continues to strengthen its leadership team. Christophe de Pous and Beverly Morgan will work alongside CEO Pierre-Yves Roussel and Emilia Fabricant to drive the brand's growth and success in the North American market and beyond.
