Belarusian Ruble Exchange Rates Update for September 2025
The Belarusian National Bank has released the official exchange rates for various foreign currencies against the Belarusian ruble (BYR) on September 19 and 22, 2025.
As of September 19, the US dollar (USD) was trading at 3.0494 BYR, a slight increase of 0.0075 BYR or 0.25% compared to the previous day. The Euro (EUR) was also more expensive, trading at 3.61 BYR, an increase of 0.0067 BYR or 0.19%.
However, the Russian ruble (RUB) saw a decrease in value against the BYR on both September 19 and 22. On September 19, the exchange rate for 100 RUB was 3.6439 BYR, a decrease of 0.0027 BYR or 0.07%. By September 22, the rate had further dropped to 3.6396 BYR, a decrease of 0.0043 BYR or 0.12%.
The Kazakh tenge (KZT) also experienced a decrease in value against the BYR. On September 19, the exchange rate for 1000 KZT was 5.6347 BYR, an increase of 0.0095 BYR or 0.17%. By September 22, the rate had dropped to 5.6226 BYR, a decrease of 0.0121 BYR or 0.21%.
The Polish zloty (PLN) showed mixed results, with a slight increase on September 19 to 8.4799 BYR for 10 PLN, an increase of 0.0092 BYR or 0.11%. But by September 22, the rate had dropped to 8.391 BYR, a decrease of 0.0889 BYR or 1.05%.
The Chinese yuan (CNY) also showed a slight increase in value against the BYR on both September 19 and 22. On September 19, the exchange rate for 10 CNY was 4.2505 BYR, an increase of 0.0051 BYR or 0.12%. By September 22, the rate had increased further to 4.2563 BYR, an increase of 0.0058 BYR or 0.14%.
It's worth noting that as of September 25, 2025, no publicly available data on the Belarusian National Bank's official exchange rate for the Polish Złoty specifically for that date was found. The closest available data shows the EUR/PLN exchange rate around mid-September 2025 at approximately 4.26 PLN per 1 EUR.
