Sparkasse Oberland Recruiting Customer Advisor
The Sparkasse Oberland, a leading savings bank in its business area with an asset base of over 4.7 billion euros and the densest branch network in the region, is currently hiring a Customer Advisor (m/f/d).
The successful candidate will be remunerated according to TVöD-S with around 14 monthly salaries. The role involves building trusting relationships with customers, maintaining contact, and inspiring them with the diverse product range. The Customer Advisor will also acquire new customers and actively maintain existing ones across multiple channels.
To support the multi-channel orientation of the savings bank, the Customer Advisor will take care of the wishes and concerns of customers through various channels. Extensive training opportunities and individual promotion are offered to help the new team member excel in their role.
The ideal candidate for the Customer Advisor position has completed training as a bank clerk (m/f/d) or a similar qualification. They should have high customer and service orientation, good contact and communication skills, and proficiency in PC skills, with an affinity for the digital offers of the savings bank. A committed team works together to find solutions for customers, and the opportunity to contribute ideas and shape the development of the savings bank is available.
