Supporting Sales Processes for Clients in the Private Sales Management Field
Sparkasse Freiburg, a leading financial institution in Freiburg, Germany, is currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual for the role of Head of Sales Support for Private Customers. This role offers a competitive salary, ranging between €65,000 and €94,000 per year, full-time, with additional benefits such as social security benefits and private customer benefits.
In this role, you will be responsible for project management, leading, developing, and managing a Sales Support team of 10 employees. You will also be the central point of contact within Sparkasse for the sales areas of private customer sales, and will be responsible for strategic sales management in the private customer market.
As a key member of the team, you will oversee project leadership within the decentralized team, strategically accompany projects, and manage strategic sales management in the private customer market, including customer and service guidance concepts, customer and service guidance, and segment strategies.
The ideal candidate should be flexible, willing to shape and positively accompany changes, and work in a structured and results-oriented manner. They should be entrepreneurial, diplomatic, and have excellent communication and negotiation skills. A completed degree in Bank Business Administration or an equivalent qualification is required.
