The job requires processing cash transactions, maintaining and caring for self-service devices, and identifying and forwarding consulting opportunities to customer advisors.

The employment scope for this position is either full-time (39 hours per week) or part-time through job-sharing. To qualify, applicants must have successfully completed training as a bank clerk or a comparable qualification.

The job involves acquiring new customers, especially in the "Education" phase of life, and inspiring them about the bank. Active support for the advisor team in campaigns and the preparation and follow-up of customer conversations is also required.

A high service orientation, strong communication skills, and initiative are necessary for this role. The successful candidate will also need problem-solving abilities, product knowledge, patience, empathy, and technical skills in using software and systems for customer service management.
