Over the past few years, Gnech has played a pivotal role in the growth of SMP, establishing the legal and business affairs department and adopting a collaborative approach to songwriter services. She joined the company in 2020 as Senior Manager, Legal & Business Affairs, and most recently held the position of Head of Legal & Business Affairs. Before joining SMP, Gnech honed her skills as a copyright lawyer in the IP and TMT department at Osborne Clarke in Milan and Simmons & Simmons.
