Shikha Rajput has taken up the position of Lead in the Legal department at JSW Greentech.
Shikha Rajput, a seasoned legal professional with over a decade of experience, has joined JSW Greentech Limited as the Lead - Legal. Rajput, a graduate of Government Law College, Mumbai, brings a wealth of knowledge in corporate law, commercial transactions, real estate, and legal advisory in the manufacturing sector to her new role.
Prior to her appointment at JSW Greentech, Rajput served as the Senior Manager - Legal at The Phoenix Mills, where she managed transaction structuring, due diligence, and contract drafting for large-scale retail and leasing projects. Before that, she spent nearly five years as Assistant Manager – Legal at Asian Paints. During her tenure at Asian Paints, she managed nationwide consumer disputes, ensured compliance across operations, and led negotiations for a wide range of commercial contracts.
JSW Greentech, part of the JSW Group’s renewable energy arm, focuses on developing, operating, and scaling green technology solutions across sectors. Rajput's expertise in complex projects and diverse legal experience may prove invaluable for JSW Greentech's green technology projects.
