Roadside Plumbing Work Taking Place on Am Wirtsanger
Construction Initiates on Wieruper Weg Bridge in Quakenbrück
The project management of the Wieruper Weg bridge renovation in Quakenbrück has begun, with the construction site now closed to road traffic. Bockermann Fritze IngenieurConsult GmbH, a renowned company in the field, has been assigned to oversee all service phases according to HOAI for this project.
The project involves demolition, foundation work with bored piles, and the construction of a new bridge structure. To ensure a smooth flow of traffic during the construction period, road users are advised to bypass the construction site via Weinzierlstraße. Traffic rerouting is in effect, and it is crucial that all road users observe the closure and detour signs.
While the construction site is inaccessible to general road traffic, pedestrians can still pass through the area. Access for residents is permitted up to the immediate work area, but no new information regarding access beyond this point has been provided at this time.
The company's efforts are focused on completing the project as efficiently as possible, minimizing disruption to the local community. As the work progresses, updates on traffic rerouting to areas other than Weinzierlstraße will be communicated in due course.
In the meantime, we urge all road users to adhere to the detour signs and remain patient during this period of construction. The end result will be a more robust and reliable bridge, ensuring the continued connectivity of Quakenbrück for years to come.
