With a whopping investment growth of 1.12 trillion rubles in 2024, the Krasnodar region is setting the pace for economic development in Russia. The Krasnodar region ranks among the top six Russian regions by investment volume and the top three by growth rate. At present, over 550 large-scale projects worth an astounding 4 trillion rubles are underway in the region, promising to create around 112,000 job opportunities.

Key sectors driving this growth encompass sanatorium-resort, agriculture, logistics, energy, and industry. Krasnodar is set to launch and expand five productions and establish the nation's first creative-production cluster during PMEF-2025.

Three large projects totaling 17.6 billion rubles with five land plots covering 19 hectares are up for grabs in this district, alongside six ongoing projects worth 14.9 billion rubles that have generated 665 jobs.

Apsheronsk District:

Three investment projects propose investments over 1 billion rubles on land plots totaling 1.66 hectares, with ten current projects actively implemented, creating 600 jobs and generating over 2.3 billion rubles in value.

Novorossiysk City:

One investment project is open with 24 land plots covering 52 hectares, continuing a trend of heavy investment and large implemented projects in the city.

Cooperative agreements between the Krasnodar region and banks like Uralsib are facilitating loans for enterprises and the population, providing a boost to investment inflows.
