Regensburg: Modified Bus Services During Summer Vacation
Regensburg's public transport provider, Stadtwerk.Mobilität, has announced adjustments to its bus timetable for the Summer Holidays from 1st August to 15th September 2025.
During this period, several lines will operate on a special holiday timetable. These include lines 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 10, and 77. For more specific details about these holiday timetables, we recommend visiting the official transportation website of Regensburg, rvv.de, or using the RVV app.
For lines 1, 2, 6, and 10, buses will run at a 15-minute interval during the Summer Holidays. Line 4 will operate at a 40-minute interval, while line 77 will run at a 30-minute interval.
Inner-city line 5 will have a new starting and ending bus stop at "Markomannenstraße" at the start of the holidays. However, the section Weichs/DEZ - Schwabelweis will not be served by line 5 during the holidays.
A new bus stop for Line 5 has been implemented, but specific details about the new bus stop were not provided. Regional buses towards Tegernheim will provide a 20-minute interval connection in the area where line 5 is not serving during the holidays.
