The top-range variant promises an estimated 303 miles of range, while the standard model offers a range of over 200 miles.

The 2026 LEAF rides on Nissan’s advanced AmpR Medium platform and offers two battery options: a 52 kWh battery with an estimated 303 miles of range and an upgraded 75 kWh liquid-cooled lithium-ion battery delivering over 300 miles based on WLTP standards. The 75-kWh battery is paired with a 214-horsepower electric motor, providing efficient front-wheel drive performance with smooth acceleration and zero emissions.

The LEAF is integrated with the NISSAN Energy Charge Network 5 via the MyNISSAN app, providing real-time charger availability, seamless payment, and a broad network of over 100,000 in-network chargers in the U.S. The new LEAF also comes with over-the-air software update capabilities.
