The Lower Saxony Savings Banks Association (SVN) is currently seeking an Advisor on Labour Law (m/f/d) to join their team as soon as possible. The SVN, which promotes the prosperity of people in the region and the sustainable growth of the economy, has several job opportunities available.

The tasks of the Advisor on Labour Law include advisory services across the entire spectrum of individual and collective labour law issues, support and accompaniment of savings banks in labour court proceedings, participation in committees, working groups, and projects of the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe, and conceptualization and implementation of labour law seminars and conferences.
Department III in the Business Area of Law and Taxes assists savings banks with professional HR work, particularly in labour and collective bargaining law issues. The ideal candidate for this position has completed legal studies with a focus on labour law, relevant professional experience in the personnel area of financial institutions and/or the public sector under the TVöD, excellent communication skills, conceptual thinking, a confident appearance, willingness to independently familiarize oneself with new areas of responsibility, joy in interdisciplinary teamwork, a high level of service orientation, personal integrity, commitment, and an interest in a modern and digitized way of working.
