Acciona's Urban Residential Project in Olivais Goes Up for Sale
Spanish construction giant Acciona has announced the sale of its urban residential project in Olivais, initially purchased for €38 million in 2019. The asking price for the land and project now stands at €75 million.
According to Spanish newspaper El Confidencial, Acciona has retained the services of the global real estate consultancy CBRE to broker the sale. The sales process, which began in March 2025, is accepting indicative proposals until the end of May 2025, with intentions to finalize the transaction by September 2025.
The project encompasses a variety of residential buildings, student accommodation, and 'flex living' projects, with a total buildable area of 71,304 m². The developments are intended to cater to diverse living needs within the urban setting.
