The Overhaul of Novosibirsk's K-19r Highway Section:
A significant upgrade is in progress on the Insinsky - Baryshevo - 39 km stretch of the K-19r highway in the Novosibirsk region. This 2.7 km road section leads to the construction site of the Siberian Synchrotron Radiation Source Collective Use Center (SSSR CUC). The project's ultimate goal is to complete this section and commission it by the end of 2025, as part of the national project "Infrastructure for Life".

To prevent frost heaving, specialists are replacing the roadbed and pavement. This ensures year-round access for heavy vehicles. Safety for both cars and specialized transport will be prioritized at the village of Koltsovo's entry point, with the construction of a roundabout instead of an intersection."
