Pet Sustainability Coalition Appoints Chloe DiVita as First Director of Growth

The Pet Sustainability Coalition (PSC) has appointed Chloe DiVita as its first Director of Growth. DiVita brings over two decades of entrepreneurial and leadership qualities, including over a decade in the pet industry, to her new role. She began her tenure on September 8, 2025.

DiVita's primary responsibilities will involve expanding PSC's membership, increasing organizational revenue, and raising industry awareness of PSC's mission and impact. She will work closely with the leadership team to develop partnerships and support companies in adopting sustainable environmental and social practices.

PSC, founded in 2013, has grown significantly, now serving nearly 200 member companies across the pet industry. DiVita's appointment comes as the organization seeks to accelerate its growth. CEO Jim Lamancusa believes her industry relationships and sales, marketing, and business development qualities make her an ideal candidate for this role. DiVita herself expressed excitement about joining PSC and strengthening its position as the pet industry's sustainability leader.

Chloe DiVita, with her extensive experience in the pet industry and proven track record in leadership roles, has been appointed as the first Director of Growth at the Pet Sustainability Coalition. Her appointment signals PSC's commitment to driving membership growth and furthering its mission in sustainable practices within the pet industry.
