Pension Benefits Appoints Industry Veteran Andreas Hofmann to Lead Sales
Pension Benefits, a new player in the occupational pension schemes market, has appointed Andreas Hofmann, a 45-year-old industry veteran, to lead its sales department. Hofmann brings a wealth of experience to the role, having worked in the finance industry for over two decades.
Hofmann began his career at R+V Versicherung, where he was one of the first German corporate pension advisors. He then moved to Formaxx in 2009, where he laid the foundation for corporate advice and eventually became the Director of bAV Germany.
In 2016, Hofmann took on the role of managing director at Finum Pension Consulting, a subsidiary of Finum Finanzhaus, until his departure. Now, he joins Pension Benefits, a company launched in May by Fonds Finanz, which specializes in occupational pension schemes, health insurance, and corporate benefits.
In his new role, Hofmann will serve as the contact person for customers and brokers. He will be responsible for designing and planning pension concepts and ensuring the legal security of pension schemes. Hofmann also supports further training measures. He completes the board of Pension Benefits alongside Claus Gillen and Bernd Steinhart.
Fonds Finanz's offering enables product-neutral corporate advice through its distribution partners and employers, a service that Hofmann will contribute to significantly.
With Andreas Hofmann at the helm of its sales department, Pension Benefits strengthens its position in the market. Hofmann's extensive experience and expertise in corporate pension advice will be invaluable to the company and its clients.
