Operation to Terminate or Eliminate, as Perordered by Task Force

The Klingel Group, a local business based in Pforzheim, has recently faced challenges leading to its potential dissolution. In response, a taskforce has been established to discuss the issues and review the current status of the situation.

Meetings have been held at all three Klingel locations to inform employees about the support offers available to them. The municipal enterprise for economy and city marketing will handle these inquiries.

However, a search of available resources does not provide detailed information about the Klingel Group Taskforce action plan, its progress, or the specific parties involved in reemployment and property reuse efforts. The search results mainly focus on unrelated topics such as military operational planning, antibacterial drug development collaborations, healthcare team outcomes, palliative care studies, and heart failure treatment guidelines.

Despite this gap in information, it is known that the action plan for the task force is divided into several areas. These include the quickest possible placement in new jobs, swift reaction from the employment agency, qualitative reuse of properties and buildings, regional cooperation to manage the situation, and advertising open positions in the city administration.

The employment agency has already reacted quickly, setting up advisory centers at the Klingel locations and planning to establish placement offices and hold smaller employer fairs. The city of Pforzheim also intends to advertise its own offers of open positions and apprenticeships.

Additional ideas and event formats are being discussed within the task force, which consists of various actors from business and administration. The task force was convened for the first time on Thursday, and initial inquiries have been received from companies and real estate actors for the areas currently operated by the Klingel Group.

Mayor Boch is satisfied with the interest of companies in hiring qualified specialists from the Klingel Group, and Oliver Reitz, WSP director, emphasizes the importance of future-oriented reuse in long-term industries. Moreover, as some Klingel employees come from the region, actors from the Enzkreis and the economic development agency of the Northern Black Forest will also be involved.

The Klingel Taskforce has formed initial thematic sub-working groups to address all relevant issues, marking a proactive approach to addressing the challenges facing the company. As the situation develops, more information about the progress of the task force and its action plan will likely become available.
