Omnicom has announced significant changes in its leadership. Catherine Sullivan has been appointed as the new CEO of PHD, while Ralph Pardo has taken over from Erin Matts as the head of Hearts & Science.
Last month, Omnicom revamped its leadership at Hearts & Science and PHD media agencies. Catherine Sullivan, previously the CEO of PHD North America, has been promoted to the global CEO role. Sullivan brings extensive experience, having worked with PHD for over a decade.
Meanwhile, Ralph Pardo has stepped into the CEO role at Hearts & Science. Pardo, who was previously the agency's chief strategy officer, succeeds Erin Matts. Matts, who had been leading Hearts & Science since its inception, will now take on a new role within Omnicom's executive committee.
