Tasks:

As a Wealth Management Advisor, you will be responsible for providing personalized financial advice and wealth management services to private and business clients. Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction will be essential, as will staying updated on financial market developments and product knowledge.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should hold a completed banking apprenticeship (Bankkaufmann/-frau) or a relevant university degree in business, finance, or economics. Ideally, you will also have additional certifications such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or financial advisory qualifications. Practical experience in banking, particularly in customer advisory, investment, or wealth management, is highly desirable.

You should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, good knowledge of financial products, capital markets, and regulatory requirements, a high service orientation, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Entrepreneurial thinking, negotiation skills, and a high level of sales orientation are also crucial.

The position is open to part-time or Job-Sharing arrangements, and flexible working hours are offered, freely planable around the opening hours of the advisory centers. The candidate will provide independent advice to assigned customers within the framework of a holistic advisory approach. You will be expected to develop customer-oriented financial concepts and actively implement sales ideas and strategies.
