NKY Chamber's 8th Annual Symposium Aims to Future-Proof Workplaces
The Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce (NKY Chamber) is gearing up for its 8th annual Workforce Best Practices Symposium. The event, themed 'Future-Ready Workplaces: Building Talent, Data, and Culture', will take place on March 11 at the Kenton County Public Library - Erlanger Branch. The symposium aims to attract around 100 human resources and business professionals, who will engage in roundtable discussions on topics such as growing talent through work-based learning, data-driven recruitment, and next-generation workers.
Presenters will lead two 30-minute roundtable sessions each, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the event day.
