New Leadership at HGK and DKV Mobility: Steffen Bauer, Vibeke Bak Solok Take Top Roles
Häfen und Güterverkehr Köln AG (HGK) and DKV Mobility have announced their new management teams. Steffen Bauer will lead HGK as CEO, while DKV Mobility welcomes Vibeke Bak Solok as CFO.
HGK's new CEO, Steffen Bauer, will take over from Uwe Wedig on October 1, 2025. Bauer was unanimously appointed by the supervisory board on July 1, 2025. He will lead a team consisting of Susanne Pietsch as CFO and Dr. Jens-Albert Oppel as COO. Meanwhile, at DKV Mobility, Sebastian Klauke remains CEO, with Vibeke Bak Solok joining as CFO, replacing Peter Meier. In other changes, André Bender will co-manage Kiel-Holtenau Airport with Marcus Breuer, while Bender also takes on the role of commercial director at the Port of Kiel, succeeding Volker Prange who is retiring.
These changes signal a new era for both HGK and DKV Mobility. Steffen Bauer brings his expertise to HGK, while Vibeke Bak Solok's appointment at DKV Mobility promises fresh leadership.
