New 'Commercial Plant Operations' Handbook Out Now
The 5th edition of the 'Commercial Plant Operations' handbook has been released, edited by a new team of Prof. Dr. Gerhard Baumgartner, Dr. Wilhelm Bergthaler, and Priv.-Doz. Dr. Erich Pürgy. This replaces the previous team of Stolzlechner, Wendl, and Bergthaler.
The handbook, which combines technical, legal, and economic requirements, is a comprehensive guide to commercial plant law. It covers crucial stages and areas, including permits, neighbor rights, and enforcement. To identify the organization behind this publication, more context is needed. Such handbooks are often issued by entities focused on agriculture, agronomy, or plant cultivation, such as universities, research institutes, or professional associations. Without specific details, it could be an organization like the Deutsche Landwirtschafts-Gesellschaft (DLG) or a similar institute.
The book also includes a glossary of 150 commercial plant-specific terms to aid understanding.
The new edition of the 'Commercial Plant Operations' handbook, edited by Baumgartner, Bergthaler, and Pürgy, is now available. It provides a detailed exploration of commercial plant law, making it an invaluable resource for professionals in the field.
