Net-house has been seized by Singu
In a significant move to bolster its presence in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland), Singu, a prominent Polish Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) provider, has announced the acquisition of Net-Haus GmbH, a Berlin-based market participant with over 25 years of experience.
Founded in 1996, Net-Haus GmbH has built a strong customer base, serving more than 600 clients across Germany. The Berlin office, which will continue to operate as the future German headquarters, will now be fully integrated under the Singu brand.
The acquisition marks a significant milestone in Singu's expansion, adding an experienced team, a loyal customer base, and a renowned software product, 'Hausmanager,' to its portfolio. With this acquisition, Singu aims to create a forward-looking solution for the real estate and facility management industry.
Peter Vollmer, Managing Director DACH at Singu, will lead the management of Net-Haus GmbH. Vollmer, who also serves as the Managing Director of Net-Haus GmbH, brings over 15 years of experience in real estate and technology to the table. He will lead the integration and growth of Singu in the DACH region.
This is Singu's second acquisition this quarter, following the recent merger with Micad from the UK. The acquisition of Net-Haus GmbH also brings deep local know-how to Singu, further enhancing its ability to serve its customers effectively.
Singu's entry into the German market comes at a time when the demand for efficient and innovative facility management solutions is on the rise. With the acquisition, Singu aims to provide its customers with the best possible services, leveraging the combined expertise and resources of both companies.
The acquisition is expected to be finalised in the coming weeks, and Singu is excited about the opportunities that lie ahead in the DACH region. As the company continues to grow, it remains committed to delivering value to its customers and stakeholders.
