MP Corporate Finance Welcomes Three New Leaders
MP Corporate Finance has bolstered its ranks with two new Senior Vice Presidents, Clemens Stadler and Erwin Wiencke. The company, recently acquired by Sumitomo (SHI) Demag, welcomes these experienced professionals to its team.
Clemens Stadler, with seven years of expertise in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate development, and financing, joins the team. His specialisation lies in the packaging sector. Meanwhile, Erwin Wiencke, bringing ten years of experience in corporate finance, auditing, and buy- and sell-side transactions, will focus on the electronics, tech, and IoT sector.
Vincent Rühl also joins MP Corporate Finance as a new Director. With eight years of experience in corporate finance, capital markets, and complex M&A transactions, he will be instrumental in the metal industry deal activities. These appointments bring the total number of partners at MP Corporate Finance to 23.
