Mondelez Announces New Content Production Model with Publicis Groupe and S4 Capital's MediaMonks
Mondelez, the global food and beverage giant, has announced a significant change to its content production strategy. The company is collaborating with Publicis Groupe and S4 Capital's MediaMonks to create a new content production model.
The new model aims to connect creative, data, and media capabilities, driving a volume of personalized content across platforms and customer touch points. This move is part of Mondelez's efforts to become more agile in its content production processes.
Under the new model, both MediaMonks and Team Pop, a part of Publicis Groupe, will work across Mondelez's extensive brand portfolio. This portfolio includes well-known brands such as Cadbury, Milka, Oreo, Philadelphia, Ritz, Sour Patch Kids, Trident, and Triscuit.
Mondelez is consolidating its content production services with both Publicis Groupe and S4 Capital's MediaMonks. The company has consolidated its global content production and management with Team Pop, a Publicis Groupe team, and with MediaMonks.
Key individuals responsible for global content production and management at Mondelez International include Marketing Directors and Brand Managers, such as Sølvi Grana Slotte (Marketing Director for Denmark and Norway) and Caroline Boldt (Brand Manager). These individuals lead and manage brand content and campaigns locally while aligning with global strategies and teams. Additionally, positions like BU Lead, Consumer Experience, oversee digital content and campaigns across various platforms.
The collaboration with Publicis Groupe and S4 Capital's MediaMonks is not limited to these two companies. Mondelez is integrating its content production services with external companies to bring about this change.
This new content production model is expected to streamline Mondelez's content production processes, making them more efficient and effective. It is a significant step forward for Mondelez as it strives to stay at the forefront of the global food and beverage industry.
