Mark your calendars! λ Oréal DACH is gonna party it up at five Pride parades across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland in the next few weeks. This global beauty giant is solidifying its stance on diversity, inclusivity, and equality, ready to set some vibrant spirits aflame! 🏳️‍🌈

First up was the CSD in Karlsruhe last weekend. Now, λ Oréal is dancin' its way to Vienna, Düsseldorf, Zurich, and Cologne! This cosmetics powerhouse will shine a bright light on the LGBTQIA+ community with specially crafted events for each city, advocating for their rights and acceptance.

Get ready for Pride Month with a social media whirlwind starting mid-June! λ Oréal's employees will share and discuss their own coming-out stories through short videos. This heartfelt campaign aims to promote acceptance, authenticity, equal opportunities, and belonging in the workplace.

In Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, the cosmetics juggernaut proudly boasts six employee networks, with over 350 dedicated volunteers promoting inclusion. These include: FAM@λ Oréal, Black@λ Oréal, OUT@λ Oréal, GEN@λ Oréal, HOME@λ Oréal, and VisAble@λ Oréal.

Approximately 3,000 employees from 63 different nationalities work together in these three countries. In the DACH region, around 50% of leadership positions are held by women, and λ Oréal has no gender pay gap. 🤝
