Live Thinking Expands at Trilith with Ambitious Plans
Trilith Live: A New Entertainment Hub Set to Transform Fayetteville
Trilith Live, a 530,000-square-foot live entertainment complex, is set to become a significant addition to Fayetteville, Georgia's cultural landscape. Located within the 235-acre Town at Trilith master-planned community, this versatile venue is poised to host a wide range of events, from concerts and performing arts to live television productions, conventions, and corporate events.
At the helm of Trilith Live is Matt McClain, the general manager and executive director. The complex is designed to cater to the state's burgeoning film industry, offering a 2,200-seat theater/auditorium, two 25,000-square-foot sound stages, multiple insert stages, a luxury cinema, and production suites, broadcast-ready facilities, and creative office space exceeding 120,000 square feet.
Currently, Phase I of the project, which includes sound stages, production offices, and broadcast facilities, is operational. Trilith Live is already hosting artists, production companies, content creators, and national acts rehearsing for tours. Over 200 live audience game show episodes, including productions hosted by Deborah Norville, have been taped on-site for national television.

In addition to the entertainment facilities, Trilith Live will also feature a 730-space parking deck and an adjacent 51,000-square-foot outdoor plaza for community gatherings, festivals, public events, and activations. The site is part of the larger Town at Trilith project, which will include 750 single-family homes, 600 multi-family lofts, 300 hotel rooms, and 270,000 square feet of restaurants, retail, office, and commercial space.
