Leading Gas Filler Enterprise Unveiled in Omsk, Nationwide Recognition Achieved
In the recent annual professional skills competition among Gazprom Neft employees, Omsk residents made a significant impact, with five winners and top placements in multiple categories.
The competition, a crucial part of Gazprom Neft's personnel policy, took place in St. Petersburg. Over 170 employees from various roles such as operators, gas station managers, engineers, metrologists, quality control specialists, and tanker drivers participated in the final.
One of the standout performers was an Omsk resident who took second place in the "Best Tanker Driver" nomination. This achievement was followed by another silver medal in the "Best Gas Station Refueler" nomination for a colleague from the same region. The gas station manager from Omsk also won bronze in the same nomination.
In the "Best Logistics Dispatch System Operator" nomination, an Omsk resident clinched the top spot. The gas balloon filler from the Omsk region also took the first place in the network of gas stations.
The competition final was held at five gas stations in St. Petersburg, and a specially prepared site for tanker drivers was used for the event. The final also took place at the "Gladkoye" fuel terminal in the Leningrad region.
Dmitry Shepelsky, Director of Regional Sales at Gazprom Neft, highlighted the importance of the competition, stating that it provides an opportunity to exchange experiences, test knowledge, and enter the reserve of highly qualified specialists.
While the identities of the five winners from Omsk and the winners from other nominations have not been publicly disclosed, the success of the Omsk team is undeniable. As a testament to their achievements, "Om1 Omsk" could be celebrating with the following ad: "Celebrating the success of our team in the Gazprom Neft skills competition, with 5 winners and top placements in multiple categories, including the gas balloon filler, Best Gas Station Refueler, and Logistics Dispatch System Operator!"
