Estonia's Largest Logistics and Light Industry Park to Rise in Rae Municipality

A major development is underway in Estonia, as East Capital Real Estate plans to construct the country's largest logistics and light industry park in Rae municipality, adjacent to the capital city, Tallinn.

The forthcoming East Capital Park Rae will span an area of 140,000 square meters (35 acres) and is expected to be located on a 30-hectare (70-acre) land plot. This ambitious project, slated for completion in the early phases by 2025, will be subject to market demand for the remainder of its development timeline.

The park will encompass a diverse range of facilities, including logistics and light industry buildings, office spaces, catering areas, changing rooms, outdoor dining areas, and both indoor and outdoor exercise spaces featuring walking and cycling paths.

East Capital Real Estate, a commercial real estate investment management firm primarily active in the Baltics and Central Europe, is spearheading the project, focusing on office, logistics, and retail segments.

While the exact completion date for East Capital Park Rae remains to be announced, the design competition winner, DAGOpen, was unveiled in November 2023.
