H. Lytle Thomas, a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in financial management, has been appointed to the Thomas More University Board of Trustees.
Thomas' career in banking began at Fifth Third Bank in 1998, where he rose through the ranks to become a senior lender at the Northern Kentucky affiliate bank by 2000. His impressive trajectory continued as he served as president and CEO of Heritage Bank, leading the institution from assets of $257 million to over $1 billion.
Thomas' new role at Thomas More University is expected to be a strong asset, given his wealth of experience. He graduated from Transylvania University with a Bachelor of Arts in business management and later earned a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in marketing from Northern Kentucky University.
Thomas joined First National Bank of Kentucky as its president on June 1, 2020.
