The event's gonna cover more than 135,000 square meters and draw visitors from 134 countries or more, which ain't no small potatoes. Rasmus Sojmark, SBC CEO & Founder, spoke on the excitement surrounding this event:
Last year was our debut at FIL, and we learned a helluva lot. We made sure to take attendee feedback on board, tweaking everything from venue conditions to transport logistics while working hand-in-glove with Lisbon officials to amp up the whole experience. As we grow, every operational detail becomes even more crucial.
There'll be around 8,000 operator reps in the house, and the Operator Academy is makin' its debut – a four-day education zone featuring training sessions by industry pros, aimed at equipping industry specialists with knowledge they can sink their teeth into.
It's not just the quantity, it's the quality – this year's lineup boasts the strongest roster of speakers in the event's history, and how about that, Gary Vaynerchuk (CEO of VaynerMedia) will be gracing The Super Stage at MEO Arena as one of the keynotes. That ain't all, he's definitely not the only A-lister attendin' this year.

SBCSummit Rio in his home turf, but schedulin' clashes meant we had to move the venue to Lisbon. We're stoked he'll still get to hang with the SBC crowd that was chompin' at the bit to catch him.
