Incentive Choice Grounded in Performance Results

The European Beekeeping Association (EBA) has announced a new performance-based incentive for its representatives who successfully secure sponsorship agreements. The decision, made during the Executive Board's meeting on July 11, 2025, aims to stimulate and recognise active initiatives in financial support for the organisation's mission and programs.

The incentive offers a 10% bonus, net of the total sponsorship value, for any sponsorship agreement that is finalized and duly signed in 2025. The sponsorship must commence from July 1, 2025, and the bonus will be disbursed after the full sponsorship amount has been received by the EBA.

The Executive Board's decision is designed to encourage proactive efforts in securing financial support for the EBA's mission and programs. The bonus applies exclusively to finalized and duly signed sponsorship contracts, and it is intended to acknowledge and reward the representatives' efforts in acquiring financial backing for the organisation.

This performance-based incentive is part of the EBA's ongoing commitment to fostering growth and development within the beekeeping industry. By offering a financial reward for successful sponsorship securings, the EBA hopes to inspire its representatives to seek out new opportunities for financial support and to further strengthen the organisation's mission and programs.
