Holy mackerel, batman! Laverstoke Park in blummin' Hampshire is one heck of a countryside jewel! Perched atop a hill standing tall over the fertile Hampshire Downs, it lies just two measly miles from Overton and snuggles up close to the source of the River Test, flowin' westwards through the estate's lush parkland.
Penny Churchill here, dishing out the deets on this hot property sale, with Crispin Holborow of Savills and Will Matthews of Knight Frank actin' as the auctioneers like a couple of pro wrestlers in the ring. They're seekin' a hefty £58 million for the 1,835-acre estate, and if that ain't too steep for ya, you can nab it all or, if ya fancy, split it across up to four lots!
Lot 1a (£32m): Y'all take a peek at the opulent, Grade II*-listed, 11-bedroom Laverstoke Park House, cozied up within a humongous 279 acres of Grade II-listed parkland. Inside ya got three flats, an indoor pool, indoor tennis and squash courts, six estate houses, and cottages, and more than a mile of pristine riverbank on the Test.
