The role requires the candidate to have completed the Sparkassen/Bank Business Economist training and possess experience in commercial lending. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing creditworthiness, recognizing, and analyzing the risk potential of credit engagements. They will also be expected to implement strategic measures to avoid risks and make responsible decisions within their competence.
The candidate will actively accompany intensive care engagements, manage the customer portfolio with a focus on risk and profit, and utilise cross-selling opportunities. They will also independently prepare for customer appointments, advising corporate clients in a goal-oriented, qualified, and needs-based manner.
The salary for this role is between 70,300€ - 95,200€ (full-time), with remuneration according to TVÖD-Sparkassen with 13.7 monthly salaries. The role offers a company pension scheme, good work-life balance, and many measures for reconciling family and career.
