The position requires a keen eye for detail, as you'll be responsible for carefully checking existing credit securities and making well-founded decisions based on this. To excel in this role, a completed commercial or banking education, such as bank clerk training or a relevant degree in finance/economics, is beneficial. Prior experience in mortgage advisory or real estate financing, along with knowledge of local real estate market conditions and lending regulations, will be an advantage.
Strong analytical skills for financial calculations and risk assessment, proficiency in digital tools and mortgage software, and fluent German are essential. Basic knowledge of the relevant legal framework is also an advantage. Ideally, you have further training as a bank business administrator (SBW) or a comparable qualification.
