DJE Capital, a leading investment management firm, has bolstered its sales team with the addition of three new members. Matthias Ernst, Mike Bischler, and Mariano Weiler will each oversee different regions and support the firm's wholesale and retail partners.

Matthias Ernst, who joined DJE Capital on July 1, will be responsible for the West region. Ernst brings extensive experience in sales, having worked as a sales consultant for investment funds at Union Investment and Verbundvolksbank OWL before joining DJE Capital.

Mike Bischler, who started at DJE Capital on June 1, 2021, will take on the role of customer retention manager for the institutional clients team. Prior to joining DJE Capital, Bischler worked as a portfolio manager for ESG fund strategies in the wealth management department of Novethos Financial Partners. He also has a special focus on ESG reporting in his new role at DJE Capital. Bischler initially worked as an analyst in the research team at DJE Capital before being promoted to his current position.

Mariano Weiler, who will join DJE Capital on August 1, will be responsible for the North region starting in August. Weiler previously worked as a sales director for Union Investment's fund sales.

Halis Dalkilic, who joined DJE Capital on July 1, will cover the Central-Southwest region. Dalkilic holds a master's degree in business management/finance and is a certified financial planner (CFP). Before joining DJE Capital, Dalkilic worked as a senior private banking advisor for Deutsche Bank and as an individual customer advisor for Volksbank Mosbach.

All three new hires will work closely with Julian Müller, head of institutional business at DJE Capital, to support the firm's partners and drive growth in their respective regions. DJE Capital continues to attract top talent as it expands its presence in the investment management industry.

Ernst, with his expertise in sales from various banking-and-insurance institutions such as Union Investment and Verbundvolksbank OWL, will focus on the West region for DJE Capital. Weiler, previously a sales director in the fund sales of Union Investment, will oversee the North region starting in August. Both are contributing to DJE Capital's growth in the other industry of finance and business, working alongside Julian Müller to support partners and drive expansion.
