Savings Bank Seeks Social Security Giro Account Specialist
The savings bank, a market leader in its business area with an asset base of over 4.7 billion euros and the densest branch network in the region, is looking to fill a Giro Account Specialist (m/f/d) position. This full-time or part-time role is available within the Electronic Banking team.
The successful candidate will be part of a dedicated team that finds solutions for customers together, working in a varied and responsible task in an exciting working environment. They will have the opportunity to contribute ideas and help shape the development of the savings bank.
The Giro Account Specialist will advise business customers about the "Business Current Account" product and offerings in the "Payment" area. They will analyze the payment needs of business customers and develop individual solutions, providing 2nd-level support for customer inquiries about banking solutions and identifying customer needs and sales potential.
