Wolf Ranch, located in Georgetown, Texas, is developed by Hillwood Communities. The community promotes a Hill Country lifestyle and is located near Georgetown’s amenities, including the San Gabriel River. The community also offers various features such as The River Camp in South Folk, The Den in Hilltop, and a 15-acre park.
The Genesis Collection, a part of the West Bend development, is recognized as the world's largest 3D-printed neighborhood. The project is taking final steps in its development, with only five garden homes remaining in South Folk within the Wolf Ranch development.
Wolf Ranch currently houses over 1,200 residents and ranked as the fourth fastest-growing neighborhood in the region in 2023. The community also boasts 17 miles of hike-and-bike trails, with plans to extend to 20 miles.
However, some concerns have been raised by residents, including construction quality, limited lot privacy, and traffic and access challenges. Despite these concerns, the development of West Bend continues to progress, with active construction and enthusiasm around the new homes with greenbelt lots and notable builders.
The Greater Austin Builders Association named Wolf Ranch the "2024 Best Master-Planned Community", making it an attractive option for homebuyers looking for a new place to call home. With the final phase of development underway, West Bend is set to become a significant addition to the Wolf Ranch community.
