Berlin Hyp, a leading German real estate financier, is building a new headquarters on Budapester Straße in Charlottenburg. The client of this project is Berlin Hyp AG, and the design for the new building is being handled by the Danish office Møller Architects.

The new building, named "B-One", is currently under construction on a 3,000 square meter plot of land between Luetzowufer and Keithstraße. The demolition of the existing old building is already in progress.

The design of the new building includes photovoltaic modules integrated into the natural stone facade grid for on-site power generation. The building will also feature green terraces, providing a blend of modern architecture and natural elements.

The planted terraces will be combined with a "self-shading" facade, creating a visually appealing and energy-efficient structure. The new building will house office spaces, conference areas, a cafeteria, and an underground garage, accommodating 570 employees.

The new Berlin Hyp headquarters is planned to be an attractively designed landmark at the beginning of Budapester Straße. Construction is currently on schedule, and the building is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2023.

Meanwhile, other construction projects in Berlin include two new buildings for the TU on Fasanenstraße and the renovation and expansion of the Bauhaus Museum in the Tiergarten. The "Gloria Berlin" new building project on Ku'damm is almost complete.

As Berlin continues to grow and evolve, these new buildings and renovations serve as testament to the city's commitment to modernisation and sustainability.
