In a recent auction organized by the Minsk City Executive Committee, 19 land plots were offered for residential house construction in the Minsk and Logoisk districts. Here's a breakdown of the auction's results.
The auction saw a diverse range of land plots from various village councils in the Minsk district, including Borovlyansky, Krupsky, Loshansky, Malyushchitsky, Samokhvalovichsky, and Shumilinsky.
One of the most noteworthy plots was in Rusinovichi village, Samokhvalovichsky village council, which attracted 17 bids. This 14.94-hectare plot, equipped with electricity, gas, and water supply, was sold for $47,663 at a starting price of 42,101 rubles.
Another popular choice was a plot in Lobunshchina village in the Logoisk district, located on 13 Kashtanovaya Street. This 10-hundredths-of-a-hectare plot, also equipped with electricity, gas, and water supply, received 16 bids and was sold for $24,866.
In the same village, another plot on 4 Kashtanovaya Street was sold for $24,595. Interestingly, two plots in the same street, 9 and 11 Tolstoy Street in Machulishchy, both received 4 and 5 bids respectively and were sold for the same price of $33,609.
The plot with the highest starting price of 120,000 rubles each was from the Borovlyansky village council and was equipped with electricity and gas. Despite the high initial price, it received 5 bids and was sold for $40,008.
Two plots in Malinovka, one on Polevaya Street, 2B, and the other on Polevaya Street, 2A, were 11.06 and 10.78 hectares respectively. The former had 2 bidders and was sold for $47,616, while the latter had 3 bidders and was sold for $72,473.
In the Logoisk district, two plots in the Machulishchy town each of 15 hundredths of a hectare, were equipped with electricity, gas, water supply, and sewage. Both plots received significant attention, with 12 bids for one on 4 Kashtanovaya Street and 16 bids for the other on 13 Kashtanovaya Street. Both were put up for auction at the same initial price of 15,000 rubles.
This auction marks a significant step in Belarus's real estate market, providing a platform for potential homebuilders to acquire land plots in various locations across the Minsk and Logoisk districts.
