Contractors are readying the ground for the upcoming Bispinger construction project
In the picturesque plot of Bispingen, Germany, the long-awaited construction of a new residential area has finally commenced. The project management development, located at Am Soltauer Weg, is set to welcome its first residents roughly in the second half of 2025.
The development plan for this building area has been legally binding since July, with the first consultations taking place back in late 2016. The Gesellschaft für Entwickeln und Bauen (GEB) has worked alongside the municipality to lay the foundation for this project.

However, the construction timeline has been influenced by the need to expand the district heating network, a factor that has been incorporated into the project's planning. The expansion of the existing district heating network in the core of Bispingen is currently ongoing.
