Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you will coordinate with customer-responsible departments and communicate promptly with assigned customer advisors after customer conversations. You will present the digital capabilities of the S-Finance group and make independent credit decisions based on customer-submitted documents. Additionally, you will implement sales-promoting measures and integrate cross-selling products from the Sparkasse and partner companies.
Qualifications
A qualification as a specialist (m/f/d) or equivalent with experience in mortgage financing would be an advantage. Kreissparkasse Kelheim expects its employees to have knowledge of the tax implications of financial decisions, basic legal and business administration knowledge, identification with the business policy goals of the Sparkasse, appropriate risk awareness, high digital competence, sales and communication skills, and excellent negotiation skills.
