The deal received the green light from the Competition Council.
Looking back at BCC Aggregate Betoane's financial performance, the company clocked close to RON 52 million (roughly EUR 10 million) in revenue for the year 2023, marking an impressive 18% year-over-year growth, and banking a profit of RON 2.5 million.
