In a significant move, international law firm Ogier has announced several key appointments and promotions in its Luxembourg office.

Yann Payen, a seasoned professional with 17 years of experience in M&A, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures, debt securities offerings, group reorganisations, corporate governance, and compliance, has joined Ogier's Corporate team. His extensive expertise is expected to further bolster Ogier's position as a leading adviser to businesses in Luxembourg and beyond.

Payen, a member of the scientific committee of the Revue Pratique du Droit des Affaires published by Legitech, has also authored the Code des Sociétés Luxembourgeois and helped to launch the Revue Pratique du Droit des Affaires. His knowledge and commercial acumen make him an excellent fit for Ogier's commitment to outstanding client service.

Bertrand Géradin, Luxembourg practice partner at Ogier, expressed his excitement about Payen joining the team, stating, "Yann's appointment is a great addition to our team, and we are confident that his expertise will significantly contribute to our clients' needs."

In addition to Payen, Ogier has also announced the promotion of Jeff Pamplin to head of fund administration for Ogier Global Fund Services in Ireland. Carine Boutin has been promoted to senior business development manager in Luxembourg, while Mafalda Da Silva Pereira continues her work in Luxembourg Corporate and Fund Services.

The promotions don't stop there. Fabiana Popescu and Lucie Steinmetz have been appointed as managing associates in Ogier's Luxembourg legal services, and Laurianne Vessot and Maddalena Bonamini Leitner have been promoted to senior associates in the same department.

Mike Gueguen, based in Luxembourg, has been promoted to assistant manager on the IT service desk.

With these strategic appointments and promotions, Ogier continues to demonstrate its commitment to providing exceptional service to its clients across various locations. The firm has made 47 promotions in total, reflecting its ongoing growth and success.
