Entrepreneur extraordinaire, Austin Okere, takes the helm as the chair of the Global Business Practices Council (BPC) for the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB). The BPC serves as a powerhouse partnership between the business community and academic institutions, working tirelessly to shape global standards and best practices in business education.
The AACSB, known for being the world's largest business education alliance, bridges the gap between educators, students, and businesses, striving to cultivate future leaders. Since its inception in 1916, the AACSB has been a beacon of excellence, with over 1,700 members and more than 900 accredited business schools worldwide.
Upon receiving the invitation, Austin Okere was nothing short of thrilled, expressing his gratitude and acceptance. Aside from his role with the BPC, Austin Okere is an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Columbia Business School, New York. He has also been appointed to the Advisory Board of the Global Business School Network (GBSN) and facilitated at the United States International University (USIU) in Kenya. Further highlighting his impressive resume, Austin served as a member of the World Economic Forum's (WEF) Global Agenda Council, and was listed on the United Kingdom's C.
