BKS Bank Appoints Clemens Bousquet as New CFO/CRO
BKS Bank has revealed a significant shift in its leadership. Clemens Bousquet, a seasoned banking professional, will assume the role of the new CFO/CRO (Chief Financial Officer/Chief Risk Officer) starting November 1, 2025. He succeeds Claudia Höllder, who will depart the bank at the end of February 2026.
Bousquet brings a wealth of experience to his new role. He studied economics and international business at the University of Innsbruck and holds an MBA from LIMAK. His career spans nearly two decades, beginning at BTV Vier Länder Bank as a market and liquidity risk expert.
In 2021, Bousquet moved to Oberbank, where he led the strategy and organization department. Prior to this, he served as a project leader in strategic risk management. Notably, there is no record of him holding memberships in other bank supervisory boards or committees immediately before his appointment at BKS Bank.
Bousquet will join BKS Bank for an initial period of three years. His appointment coincides with Dietmar Böckmann's extended term of office until June 2031.
Clemens Bousquet's appointment as the new CFO/CRO at BKS Bank signifies a strategic move for the bank's financial and risk management. His extensive experience and educational background are expected to fortify the bank's leadership and contribute to its future growth.
