Biysk's stormwater management system is in need of improvement, with some areas lacking proper development and existing systems requiring cleaning. The local administration has allocated around 5 million rubles for renovations at the Kovalyevka site. Meanwhile, residents have suggested addressing the road conditions on ul. Vasilyeva, which currently floods due to inadequate drainage.

The local administration has taken steps to address these issues. They plan to spend approximately 5 million rubles to renovate the stormwater management system at the Kovalyevka site by the lake. This work is expected to improve the drainage in the area, preventing flooding and waterlogging.

Residents have also raised concerns about the road conditions on ul. Vasilyeva, particularly the section between ul. Socialisticheskaya and Lesnaya. While cleaning work is planned for this section next year, pending allocated funding, the problematic flooding will continue until then. The local administration acknowledges the need for constant cleaning and maintenance of the stormwater management system to ensure proper water drainage and prevent road issues.
